Our description

Akti Psarogiannis – Akti House is located on the private property of Psarogiannis family in Vourvourou, on the beach itself, so the house has a sea view. On the beach there are sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as bar, so it's an ideal choice for all those who'd want to have everything in one place.

Within the accommodation, there's a shop where are sold pies, pancakes and pizzas. The closest market is 450m away.

In the offer there are four standard triple rooms, two superior triple studios, four quadruple maisonettes with sea view and one with side sea view, one quadruple junior apartment and one quintuple apartment in the attic.

Standard rooms have one double and one folding armchair. All are located on the first floor and they have sea view. They don't have kitchen, but they do have a smaller refrigerator and an induction hob. In the bathroom there is a shower with a glass partition on one side.

Superior studios have one double and one single bed. They are located on the first floor and they have sea view. One studio has a small refrigerator, while the other one has a large one, the both have a stove with two hotplates and a small oven for meals preparation.

Maisonettes with sea view have a double bed on the gallery and either sofa for two persons or two single beds on the ground level. All are located on the ground floor. All kitchens are equipped with a large refrigerator, a stove with two or three hotplates for meals preparation and a small oven. In some bathrooms there is a shower cabin, while in the other ones there is a shower tray with curtain.

Maisonette with side sea view is bigger than the other maisonettes. On the gallery it has a double bed and two single beds on the ground level. It is located on the ground floor. Kitchen is equipped the same as in the other maisonettes, while in the bathroom it has a shower cabin.

Junior attic apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator and a stove with two hotplates and a small oven for meals preparation.

Quintuple apartment in the attic has two bedrooms, one with one double and the other with two single beds, and a single bed and a sofa in the living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a stove with two hotplates, a small oven, a coffee machine and a microwave.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have internet, SAT TV, small safe box, hairdryer, balcony. Some have mosquito nets, some have not. Laundry service is charged additionally.

Guests can use the deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach with an extra charge, and there is a café next to it. Within the accommodation, there's private parking and the courtyard.

You will reach the accommodation by driving down main street in Vourvourou. After about 7km you will reach the accommodation on your left.

Owners description

The studios and apartments of the Konstantinos Psarogiannis family are situated in the heart of Vourvourou. This family business is made up of two buildings. Akti House which is on the beach, and Garden House 150m from the sea. Here you'll find 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed studios or apartments, suitable for couples or families and can accommodate from 2-5 people. Both buildings are surrounded by beautifully green gardens and have convenient and safe parking areas. On our sandy beach, ideal for young children, you'll be able to enjoy Vourvourou's crystal clear, warm waters all day. Also, beach chairs and umbrellas are offered free of charge for use by our guests.

In Akti House we operate a shop selling traditional pies, ice cream, sweets, pizzas and crepes, that has a breakfast area for our guests. Also, in the garden, just a few meters from the sea, there is a Cafe-Bar where you can enjoy your coffee or drink from morning until night.
