Ilis Villas is a complex of deluxe apartments located in Nikiti Sithonia, Halkidiki, just 200 m from a sandy beach, cafes, restaurants, and at a 10-minute walk distance from the center of the village. A perfect choice for both families with children and couples. Ilis Villas is home to 10 spacious deluxe Studios, Suites and Family Suites all equipped with kitchenettes.

The accommodation is situated in a tranquil part of the city, close to the beach and the central promenade. It is exceptionally clean and equipped with everything one might need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in an apartment in July 2024. The apartment is new, but it costs 180 euros per day... the accommodation is not worth more than 100 euros per day. The beds seem as if they were purchased from a quaint Greek store, there is nowhere to place the washed dishes, the tables and chairs are disproportionate, both in the apartment and on the terrace. There is no coffee pot, and there are only four glasses and cups, as if they were made of dry gold. All in all, it is new but furnished cheaply and overpriced.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
