Hotel Description

Ilis Villas is a new and modern building secured with video surveillance, built in a contemporary architectural style in a quiet part of Nikiti, outside of noise and crowds, yet only few minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach. The bright, clean and spacious accommodation units are equipped with the taste and with everything needed for a quality and relaxing holiday.

The city beach and promenade are at less than 300m, while the large supermarket Masoutis and city center with a rich offer of content, are about 500m away.

There are 10 accommodation units, i.e. four deluxe studios for three persons, two suites for four persons, three quadruple maisonettes and one maisonette for six.

Deluxe studios are located on the ground floor and they have one double bed and a folding armchair. The suites have one double bed in the living room with a kitchen and another one on a gallery. Quadruple maisonettes have a living room with a kitchen and a sofa for two, and one double bed on the gallery. Sextuple maisonette has three balconies. On the lower level, there’s a living room with a sofa bed for two and a bedroom with one double bed, and on the gallery, there is another double bed.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have a dining room with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove with induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, dishes and utensils, smart TV, covered balcony with comfortable sitting set and drying rack, mosquito nets and a bathroom with glass shower cabin and hairdryer. A baby cot is available on request. Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after 2-3 days.

The yard is nicely arranged, with the lawn on the front side and a gazebo, barbecue and outdoor shower on the back side. Ample parking space is in front of the house.

The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn off the main road to Nikiti after the supermarket Masoutis.

We would recommend Ilis Villas to families and couples looking for a quality and comfort, good but quiet location and vicinity of the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
