Description
Anna Maria is nice accommodation which offers family apartments. Location and nice yard will make sure that your holiday goes very calm. Apartments are very clean and owners are kind and always on your disposal.
Accommodation is 1km from the beach and 400m from first market and bakery. It is located in Spartia, few km from Argostoli and Lassi.
Anna Maria offers six accommodation units, situated on two floors and they all have same size- 34m2.
On high ground floor there are 3 triple apartments and on the upper floor, there are 3 quadruple apartments. In each apartment, an extra bed can be added.
Triple apartments have double bed and single bed in the bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom are separated. Extra bed can be added in bedroom or in kitchen, as the clients wish..
Quadruple apartments have double and single bed in bedroom and one more bed in the kitchen. That bed is smaller than standard so it can be suitable only for child. If nedeed, one more extra bed can be added.
The exit to the balcony is always from the bedroom.
All apartments have equipped kitchen with big fridge and stove with oven. Bathrooms are the same everywhere and they have shower base with curtain.
All the units have spacious balcony, WiFi internet, TV, A/C, kettle and hairdryer.
Cleaning is done daily while change of towels and linen are done after every 3 days. With extra charge, the clients can use washing machine.
Yard is spacious and part of it is parking (provided for all the customers) while other part is lawn with barbecue and lots of flowers.
During the summer, the owners live on the ground floor so they always welcome their guests and take care of them.
Pets are allowed but with prior consultition.
If you don't need to be close to the beach but you want well equipped apartments, private parking and peaceful enviroment, Anna Maria is an excellent choice.
Spartia is a good choice for visiting all the interesting places and beaches of Kefalonia.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
