Anna Maria is nice accommodation which offers family apartments. Location and nice yard will make sure that your holiday goes very calm. Apartments are very clean and owners are kind and always on your disposal.
This accommodation is located one kilometer from the beach and 400 meters from the nearest supermarket and bakery. It is situated in Spartia, a few kilometers from Argostoli and Lassi.
Anna Maria offers six accommodation units spread over two floors, all with the same area of 34 m².
On the elevated ground floor, there are three apartments for three people, while the first floor has three apartments for four people.
The three-person apartments have all the beds in the same room, which is the bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The kitchen is separate and provides access to the bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a balcony.
The four-person apartments are intended for a maximum of three adults and one child. They have a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. The bedroom opens onto a balcony, while the kitchen provides access to the bathroom.
All units have a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and a stove with an oven.
The bathrooms are identical in all units and feature a shower tray with a curtain.
All units have a spacious balcony, internet access, TV, air conditioning, an electric kettle and a hairdryer.
Daily cleaning is provided, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. A washing machine is available for an additional charge.
The yard is spacious and includes parking for all guests. One part of the yard features a lawn with plenty of flowers. A barbecue is also available.
The owners live on the ground floor during the summer and are available to all guests.
Pets are allowed, subject to prior consultation with the owners.
If being close to the beach is not essential for you and you are looking for well-equipped apartments, secure parking and a peaceful location, Anna Maria is an excellent choice.
Spartia is a good base for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches and villages on Kefalonia.

Ana Maria Studio is an excellent choice, a place for relaxation, a comfortable studio with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautifully pleasant atmosphere to assist the Guests of Marika.
