Description
Kalianna Apartments is the accommodation on a 2000m2 plot, consisting of four accommodation units.
Double studio on the ground floor has two single beds and access to the garden. Double apartment on the ground floor has one double bed and access to the garden. Quadruple apartment on the first floor has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. Quintuple duplex apartment on the first floor has one double i.e. two single beds in the bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room and a large bathroom with bathtub.
Accommodation units have fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine, TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine with detergent, clothes rack, slippers, shampoo, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit. A trouser press is available in the duplex apartment only.
A baby cot is available free of charge as well as WiFi internet and private parking.
- Alcohol and intoxication parties are not allowed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
