Owners description
We welcome you to Lefkada and to our complex Eleana Studios. We are located on the north-west side of the island, close to the most popular and beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis. The local thermal wind, which blows every midday, made this area worldwide known, with the ideal conditions for windsurfing, kite surfing and other water sports.
Agios Ioannis beach is the closest beach to the island’s capital, just a couple of kilometres away, and one of the best beaches of the island. Endless, golden and sandy, with turquoise water, this area is windy and that's the reason that has become the second favourite windsurfing spot on Lefkada after Vassiliki. It attracts many skilled windsurfers and kite surfers.
Enjoy moments of unique relaxation in our fully equipped ground and first-floor studios. Each studio has a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioner and a TV. Also, each studio has two beds, one double and a single. Each studio has it’s own balcony and private entrance. Our complex is surrounded by trees, green grass and a garden. We also have plenty of safe parking space. Eleana Studios is at only 3km from Lefkas and 200m from the above mentioned beautiful beach.
Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
