Our description
Accommodation is located in Pondi, at about 700m from the center of Vasiliki, 20m from the sea and about 60m from the fantastic sandy beach Pondi. Guests can use a spacious private parking and a shared barbecue in the yard.
The nearest shop and a bakery are 100m away.
Four triple studios (33m2) have one double and a single bed (with the possibility of using a standard auxiliary bed) and a kitchen separated from the sleeping area. Two triple studios (33m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed with a standard mattress.
The studios are air-conditioned, have wireless internet, TV, bathroom with hairdryer, safe box, mosquito nets and a terrace overlooking the sea, while the crib is available with a mandatory booking inquiry.
Cleaning is done every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is performed every third day.
There's no reception desk, but the owners live in the villa and they're at disposal for any help or information.
After entering Vassiliki, pass by the SPetrol gas station and turn to the right at the first intersection. Drive for 120m and turn to the right at the next intersection towards the Pondi beach. Drive straight ahead for another 700m, until you get to Romanza Studios on the right-hand side.

Romanza Studios is a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Vasiliki Lefkada, Greece. It is a family run business. They offer ideal accommodation at prices affordable to all of you who wish to spend your holidays in a peaceful and friendly environment.
The studios are just 10 steps from the beach and they offer a direct view to the famous Vasiliki bay. Each studio can accommodate 2-4 persons.
Studios have a separate bedroom, private bathroom, equipped kitchen, balcony with sea view, air-condition, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, electric rings, plasma TV, safety box, free WiFi internet access, daily cleaning and private parking space, while bed linen is replaced after three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Interesuje me smestaj za 8 osoba, 5 odraslih i 3 dece (10,11,12 godina). Pocetak jula, najbolje bi bilo od 1.jula, 10 dana.
