Owners description
Porto Nirikos Apartments is the accommodation in the settlement Kalligoni, 2km south of the centre of Lefkas. Its name comes from the old port of the ancient capital, Nirikos, situated 300m to the southeast.
The traditional appearance of the complex, with the mixture of stone, wood and earthly colours makes it stand out for its aesthetics in the area presenting the architecture of the old manors.
The closest beaches are Kastro and Ligia (3km).
The complex consists of studios and apartments (small and big ones) in two buildings with a panoramic view of the sea and the mountainous side of Lefkas. It's surrounded by a stone fence and has a private parking space. Two entrances lead to the buildings through paved paths.
Bigger apartments (50m2) have a bedroom with one double bed, living room with a convertible sofa bed for two or two single beds, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and three balconies with a sea view.
Smaller apartments (40m2) have a bedroom with two single beds and the possibility to accommodate one more person in the living room. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies with a view of the nature of Lefkas.
Studios (35m2) have two single beds with the possibility to accommodate one more person, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with a sea view.
All accommodation units have access to the surrounding area. Bedrooms and the living rooms are furnished with traditional wooden furniture and its colouring is in harmony with the colour of the outdoor wooden surfaces. The wardrobes in the bedrooms are spacious to fully meet the demands of the visitors. The kitchens are fully equipped to cover all the needs of the tenants. The size and number of the balconies in combination with their orientation enable the visitor to enjoy the beautiful view in a cool environment any time of the day. Finally, outside the stone fence, at the end of the road, there's a private parking space for 15 vehicles.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
