Our description
Vasiliki Wave Studios is the accommodation with a symbolic name, since it's so close to the sea that it's nearly splashed by waves. It's located in Pondi, 50m from the beach and offers three new studios with a beautiful sea view. Due to a number of accommodation units, privacy is guaranteed.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 100m away.
Studios are comfortable (20m2), tastefully designed and decorated for a maximum of three persons. They have one double and a single bed, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with toaster and coffee maker, air conditioning, TV and a terrace overlooking the sea and the Vasiliki Gulf. Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.
Enter Vasiliki, pass the SPetrol gas station and take a right at the first intersection. After 120m, take a right at the next crossroads towards Agios Petros and Pondi. Drive ahead for another 800m and immediately after Xenia Apartments take a right into a small street and 100m later you will see this accommodation on the left.
Vasiliki Wave is an ideal choice for couples looking for an excellent accommodation near the beach, with a wonderful view towards the sea.

Owner description
We are located in Pondi, Vasiliki, a place mostly famous for the perfect windsurfing conditions. It's a family run business with 20 years of experience. Our main goal is to please our guests as hospitality is one of the basic features of our culture. Newly built studios facing the Vasiliki bay and the traditional restaurant offer unforgettable moments of relaxation and joy.
Our comfortable and individually air-conditioned studios accommodate up to three people, in a quiet area surrounded by the garden with flowers, close to the beach. Modernly designed and equipped with the latest technology, they have one double and a single bed, TV, kitchen, bathroom, free WiFi internet and a perfect sea view.
The restaurant got its name from the location in front of the sea waves. You will certainly enjoy the traditional, homemade Greek dishes. We serve fresh fish, all kinds of meat and pasta, as well as wine, refreshment drinks, coffee and sweets. We use only local products and that makes the taste unforgettable. The restaurant is open in the morning too, so our guests can also enjoy a good breakfast.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
