The residential complex Ionian Land Villas is a secluded, private complex of two houses, perfectly integrated into the natural landscape in Apolpena village, in a lush hillside with a panoramic view of the north coast, at just 3km from Lefkas town. It offers two independent and fully equipped luxurious villas, designed for a comfortable and carefree stay. The main goal of Ionian Land Villas staff is to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
Villas are air-conditioned and feature a dining area, a seating area with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels, a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and a coffee machine, bathroom with a bathtub and shower, terrace and a balcony with a sea or mountain view.
Amenities include bed linen, towels, outdoor pool and free private parking.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
