The three-person apartment is suitable for up to two adults and one child. It is located on the first floor and consists of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has two single beds placed together, while the kitchen area has a fold-out armchair suitable for one child.

The four-person apartment, located on the first floor, is suitable for up to four adults. It consists of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has one double bed, while the kitchen area has a sofa bed for two people.

The four-person apartment, located on the raised ground floor and designed as a maisonette, extends over two levels and can accommodate up to four adults. On the lower level, at raised ground-floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level, at first-floor level, features an open work area, a bedroom and another bathroom. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a double wall bed that is folded up against the wall and can be lowered when needed to provide a sleeping space.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a two- or four-ring hob, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee maker. The two-level apartment also has a washing machine and a safety deposit box, while its kitchen is equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is carried out every third day during the stay.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
