Aris Apartment by Anita Holiday Homes is a modernly equipped apartment located in the capital city of the island of Corfu, near the airport, 2km from the center, and 1.3km from the Mon Repos beach.
The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate three adults and one child. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes two single sofas.
The accommodation includes two air conditioning units, a TV, WiFi internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower tray without a tub with a glass partition. A baby cot is available upon request.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
- During the period from April 1st to October 31st, it is mandatory for guests to pay a tax of 8€ per day of stay upon arrival at the accommodation, while during the period from October 1st to March 31st, the tax amount is 2€ per day of stay.
