In my opinion, this villa should be avoided at all costs; it appears appealing from the outside, but inside it is in a state of disrepair, as our people would say.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The minimum stay period from June 28 to July 31 and from August 23 to August 29 is three days.
The minimum stay period from August 1 to August 22 is five days.
