Our description
Ionian Paradise Studios and Apartments is the accommodation at 100m from the center of Nidri and about 150m from the city beach. It has studios and apartments for a maximum of four people. Amenities include a beautifully landscaped courtyard, reception and WiFi internet. Breakfast and half board are available on request.
The nearest shop and bakery are 100m away.
They offer 20 accommodation units. Double rooms (18m2) have two connected single beds, and the studios (24m2) have one double bed and a sofa bed for two adults and two children. Quadruple apartments (33m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen, and the duplex apartment (50m2) accommodates a maximum of six people.
Accommodation units are air conditioned, have WIFI internet, TV, kitchen (two hot plates and a small refrigerator with freezer), bathroom with a hairdryer, safe box and a terrace. Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced twice a week.
The reception is open from 8:00 until midnight and offers car and bicycle rental service, doctor on call, usage of printer and fax machine, wake-up call and calling a taxi.
Guests can use a beautifully landscaped yard with outdoor furniture.
Pets are welcome on request and at an additional cost.
Parking is not provided, but there's a private parking lot 100m away, that can be used at an additional cost.
After the AVIS car rental agency (on the left side of the road), take a right and continue for another 100m until you see the gate of this accommodation.

Owners description
Inside the busiest tourist resort of Lefkada, Nidri, you will find the complex Ionian Paradise Studios and Apartments. Top service, excellent hospitality and the geographical position are a powerful combination for the perfect choice for your vacation. The beautiful landscape with fertile orchards and our fragrant garden, earns the admiration of our visitors. The resort ideal for children for whom there are several toys and books, as well as for older people who can play cards and board games in our garden.
The complex is located in the center of Nidri on a side street, just 30m from the market area and 90m from the beach, surrounded by a lush natural environment. Large garden with lawn, palms and many other trees and flowers create a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, yet there's the advantage of being in the city center. Just in front of the hotel, there's free municipal parking.
Accommodation units have A/C, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, telephone, bathroom and a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. They are spacious (30-55m2) and designed for the best aesthetic result, offering comfort and the feeling that you are at your home.
Our studios are comfortable and spacious (25m2) and accommodate 2-4 people (two adults and two children) in one double and two sofa beds. Offering a private furnished balcony, this open-plan studio has a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Amenities include air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels.
The double room (18m2) is our budget accommodation for two adults. Located on the first floor, this air-conditioned room with one double bed opens to a small balcony and includes a kitchenette with cooking hobs and a fridge, satellite TV and hairdryer.
Our duplex apartments (55m2) are designed for the best aesthetic result and offer comfort and the feeling that you at home. They consist of two bedrooms (one double bed, i.e. one sofa and two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a furnished terrace or balcony overlooking the garden. Amenities include air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels.
Quadruple apartments (35m2) are fully equipped with everything you need during a holiday. They have a bedroom with one double bed, open-plan living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, furnished balcony and a bathroom. Amenities include air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced twice a week.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ήταν το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που έχω πάει. Αρχικά πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι έχει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ και όταν ήρθα μου είπαν ότι είναι επί πληρωμή. Ζεστό νερό δεν έχει το απόγευμα εως την επόμενη μέρα, την πισίνα την ανοιγοκλειναν όλη την ώρα οπότε πρόσβαση δεν υπήρχε, τα στρώματα ήταν για πέταμα, ξυπναγαμε με τρομερους πονους στην πλάτη και ηχομόνωση μηδέν, είχε τρομερή φασαρία από παντου. ΑΘΛΙΟ απλά, αν μπορουσα θα έβαζα 0 αστέρια.
