Ionian Paradise Studios and Apartments is an accommodation located 100m from the center of Nidri and about 150m from the town beach. It offers studios and apartments for up to four people. Amenities include a beautifully arranged courtyard, a reception, and wireless internet. Additionally, breakfast and half-board can be arranged at an extra cost.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 100m away.
There are 28 accommodation units available. The four-bed studios feature one double bed and bunk beds or a single bed with a pull-out bed, making them suitable for two adults and two children. The four-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and either bunk beds or a single bed with a pull-out bed.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet, a TV, a kitchen (two-burner stovetop and a small fridge with a freezer compartment), a bathroom with a hairdryer, a safe, and a balcony.
The reception provides standard guest services, as well as car and bicycle rentals, on-call doctor services, access to a printer and fax machine, wake-up calls, and taxi bookings.
Guests can enjoy a beautifully arranged courtyard with seating areas, as well as a swimming pool with sun loungers for relaxation.
Small pets are welcome upon request and at an additional charge.
Cleaning is done every three days, along with a change of bed linen and towels.
Parking is not provided, but a private parking lot is available 100m away for an additional fee.

In my opinion, this villa should be avoided at all costs; it appears appealing from the outside, but inside it is in a state of disrepair, as our people would say.

The location is outstanding, just a minute's walk from the promenade and the small beach in Nidri. Regarding the accommodation itself, there is no wardrobe or anything to store your belongings; throughout your stay, you will have to take things out of your suitcase since the open shelf is not suitable for that purpose. Cleaning occurs every three days, and during that time, the bed linens are also changed. Bugs were emerging from crevices, and the terrace, due to the proximity of trees, was filled with leaves that were never cleaned. The pool is small, but it is adequate for children; however, the amount of chlorine is excessive, as the children smelled of chlorine three days after swimming in the pool. Since the trash can is open, we had to take out the garbage ourselves every day, but we were questioned as to why we were taking trash bags every day. The cleaning ladies are kind, and we only met the lady at the reception when we returned from the beach. They are not present in the morning. The elevator was often left open, so if you have accommodation on the third floor, as we did, you must take the stairs. In summary, the Greeks have changed. Everything comes with a price; soon, it will be like Montenegro - the only thing left to charge for is the air. Bread is charged, parking - which is nonexistent, water of course, sunbeds - at various prices, and smiles are a rare sight. Perhaps a new era has arrived, but it is certainly not commendable.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
