Hotel Description

Kohili Studios is a seafront property. It is a modest accommodation, the biggest advantage of which is the location and accessibility of all amenities. The owners are friendly, always available to their guests.

Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia 20m from the sea and about 300m from the center. The beach in front of this accommodation is rocky but after about fifty meters the sandy part moves to the left. The nearest supermarket with a bakery is a minute’s walk away.

Kohili Studios is a decent facility offering seven studios (six of which are available for online bookings), three on the ground floor and three upstairs. Upstairs studios consist of two connected single beds and a third one can be pulled out below one of them, but it should be noted that in this case, the space narrows. The ground floor studios have three single beds and one single bed can be pulled out below one of them.

All are air-conditioned and have a TV and a balcony or porch with a seating area. The size of the accommodation units is about 15m2, except for one double studio upstairs which is slightly smaller. Generally speaking, upstairs studios are smaller in size than those on the ground floor.

Cleaning, as well as linen and towels change, are done every three days.

The yard is spacious and paved. Upstairs there is a common veranda with tables and chairs offering direct sea views.

The accommodation has a parking lot with two parking spaces.

When you reach the central intersection at Skala Potamia from the direction of the Skala Panagia, turn left, drive to the coast, then turn left along the coast. After 100-200m you will see small ground-floor buildings right by the beach. Behind these buildings, you will see a narrow passage leading to the accommodation.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the location. If you are not demanding, want decent and affordable accommodation very close to the beach, Kohili is a good choice.

Skala Potamia is ideal for a quiet family holiday. If you are looking for fun and fun, a larger selection of shops and restaurants, the capital Limenas is a great choice and is approximately 15 kilometers away.

All compliments for the accommodation. The beach is just 20-30 meters away from the lodging. The owner, Eleni, is wonderful, always in the mood for a joke and ready to assist with anything needed.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
