Our description
Eleana Hotel is located in the center of Nikiana, about 120m from the beach. It offers elegantly decorated accommodation units with new furniture and home appliances. Facilities include a large pool with a part for children, deck chairs and parasols, poolside bar, playground, elevator, private parking for all guests and a bar in the lobby.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 40m away.
The hotel consists of 25 accommodation units. Superior studio (25m2) has one double or two single beds and a sofa bed for up to three people, junior suite (28m2) for 2-4 persons has one double and a sofa bed, superior suite (60m2) for 3-6 persons has a jacuzzi tub and loft apartments (42m2) accommodate 4-5 persons.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a terrace, TV, two hotplates, small fridge with a freezer, electric kettle, and a filter coffee maker in the kitchen and a bathroom with hairdryer and bathtub.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every second day.
The reception is available 24/7 and offers car and bike rental, safe box, doctor on call, printer and fax usage, wake-up and ordering a taxi.
The accommodation is adapted for people with disabilities.

Eleana Hotel is a new and modern accommodation where our guests can relax and enjoy services and facilities. Its located in Nikiana, 9km from Lefkas town and 12km from Nidri, the most touristic village of Lefkada island.
The hotel has 25 rooms in total, studios, apartments and duplex apartments.
There are three spacious family rooms (junior suite), two superior suites, three superior lofts (2-bedroom loft apartments), four lofts and 13 standard rooms with a pool and garden view. All room types have air conditioning, plasma TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, telephone, hairdryer and jacuzzi. All are elegantly decorated, with large windows overlooking the surrounding areas, beautiful bathrooms, comfortable balconies and modern furniture.
Facilities include a swimming pool with a part for children, rooms for disabled people, playground, pool and lobby bar, elevator and private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
