Alsos Luxury apartment is located on the outskirts of Nea Roda. It is a perfect choice for larger families or groups and those for whom visiting the surrounding areas is a priority. It can accommodate up to eight people.

The accommodation is situated on a hill and is on the second floor of the building, about 300m away from the nearest beach. The first beach bar in Nea Roda is approximately 650m away. It is around 700m from Voulitsa beach. The accommodation is about 1km away from the town center, where shops, restaurants, bakeries, and cafes are located.

The apartment is spacious, occupying the entire second floor of the building. It has around 140m2 and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed for two. Guests also have access to a terrace that extends on two sides of the building, accessible from both the living room and the bedrooms.

The apartment features an air conditioner in the living room, fans in the bedrooms, internet, TV, mosquito nets, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area connected to the living room. It has a large stove with four burners, a big oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and a dishwasher.

There is a spacious bathroom with a corner bathtub and an additional toilet.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay. Bed linen and towels are provided, and guests can replace them on their own.

Parking space is available for guests of the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
