Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Alsos Luxury Apartment is an independent apartment of 140 sq.m. on the 2nd floor with three bedrooms, two WC, large living room and kitchen. It can accommodate up to eight people. It is only 200 meters from the sea. It overlooks the green grove of Nea Rhoda's and our beautiful village surrounded by the deep blue sea!
Our main concern is cleanliness for the safeholidays.
It has free WI-FI, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, amenities (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush), fully equipped kitchen.
Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the apartment. An additional set of towels and bed linens is provided after the 5th day of stay.
