Pearl Mansions is a collection of four luxurious villas and an apartment within a complex of eight apartments, located on a spectacular spot on a lush hillside in Nikiana village. The place has grown to be a very popular resort during the recent years and features a beautiful coast of pure, white pebbles and sand with azure water.

The surrounding area is green, full of rich nature with olive and cypress trees. The complex combines the beauty of a mountainous landscape with the clear blue shades of the Ionian sea and it's only 1km away from the beach.

Nikiana is located on the eastern coast of the island, 8km away from Lefkas town and cosmopolitan Nidri, and only 22km (25 min) from Aktion Preveza Airport. The village is also ideal for any kind of water sports and boasts a great view the mainland across.

In the village, there are all the kinds of amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, butcheries, grocery shops, bakeries and shops. There are plenty of traditional taverns offering fresh fish or souvlaki and Greek meze, whereas the picturesque harbour is filled with lovely fishing boats and private yachts. At the two beach bars of this area, you can enjoy fabulous cocktails, refreshing drinks as well as many kinds of water sports which will accompany your swim and fun.

Rose Pearl, Rosaline Pearl and Lavender Pearl are stylish villas that accommodate up to six people. They feature three well-designed bedrooms and three bathrooms (two with a shower and main bathroom with a bathtub), with a natural feeling throughout. The bedrooms have one double king size, one double and two single beds. A spacious living room and dining area are furnished with beautiful country inspired furniture and an impressive open plan, fully equipped kitchen and living area provide fantastic view over the sea. Externally, the villa is surrounded by landscaped garden and large terraces with a spectacular view at every point .The guests are able to enjoy the breath-taking mountain scenery as well as the clear blue water of the Ionian sea. For residents which enjoy outdoor cooking, there is a traditional BBQ area. There is also gated private parking for two cars.

Maroon Pearl with a private pool is a stylish villa that accommodates up to eight people. Pearl Apartment is a ground-floor finely finished apartment for up to six people. It has one double i.e. two single beds in two bedrooms and a sofa bed for two in a living room. Amenities include an impressive open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bathroom with a shower and washing machine, TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning and a view of the garden, mountains or the crystal-clear sea. Externally, the apartment is surrounded by a large entertainment space, landscaped garden and the communal pool with a view overlthe stunning Ionian sea.
