Hotel Description

Accommodation Estia Studios is located in a peaceful part of Stavros, not far from the largest market in the famous destination. The offer includes studios for 2-4 persons.

The beach is about 700m away, and the nearest market (Discount) is at 200m. The center with cafes and restaurants is at a distance of about 1km.

The studios (18m2) are situated in the semi-basement (five steps below the surface) and on the first floor.

Studios no. 1 and 2 are on the first floor, similarly decorated - each has a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Studios no. 3 and 4 are on the same floor, similarly furnished - each has two double beds (one measuring 160x200, and the other 140x200). These units have a safe and coffee makers.

Studios no. 5, 6, and 7 are located in the semi-basement, and the furniture in these units is wooden, unlike those on the floor. There is an additional level in them, with a step lower to the bed.

The terraces (on the floor) or verandas (semi-based) are separated by decorative wooden fences, so they are not completely private.

All units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, and a hairdryer. Mosquito nets are only available in the basement units.

The kitchens are simply equipped, with a stove with two burners, a refrigerator, and dining utensils. The bathrooms have shower without curtains.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation, and bed linen and towels are changed on request evry 3 nights or more, in agreement with the owners.

Upon entering the courtyard, on the left side, you will see a beautifully arranged gazebo, where you can enjoy with family and friends in the shade throughout the day. There is also a barbecue. The owners live on the second floor of the building and are there for anything necessary.

The accommodation does not have private parking, so guests park nearby without any issues.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
