This is a 75m2 apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance in a cascading type building that can accommodate up to seven people (four adults and three children).

The accommodation consists of two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for two, an extra bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and an outdoor shower. It has a fenced veranda overlooking the street and a seating area with a barbecue.

Guests have access to WiFi, air conditioning in the living room, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Pets are welcome with prior notice.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. For reservations of five nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available, which guests are responsible for replacing themselves.

Private parking is not available, but free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where the property is located.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
