Owners description
Diamond Resort is an independent villa in Nea Peramos near Kavala, and it has about 70m2, with 2 bedrooms (one double bed in each bedroom), a big living room with a fireplace and two leather sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar, bathroom and garden with a barbecue, sun umbrella and a dinning table.
House can accommodate up to 6-7 people, as the 3-seat leather sofa turns into a double bed. It is situated 300m from the beach and 500m from the center of Nea Peramos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
