Accommodation description

Arhontiko Maria is a beachfront house located in the town of Nea Skioni. It is an excellent choice for a larger family or group of friends, as it can accommodate up to seven people. At a distance of approximately 50–100 m, guests will find a bakery, restaurants, a grocery store, and cafés.

The property offers a six-bed studio and a seven-bed apartment.

The studio is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults and two children up to 10 years old. It consists of a living area with a kitchen and a bathroom. It is furnished with one double bed and two sofa beds for two people each.

The apartment is spread over two levels, can accommodate up to six adults and one child, and offers sea views from all rooms. The upper floor features three separate rooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, while the third room, used as a living room, is furnished with two sofas and a TV cabinet. The open gallery includes another sofa and a baby cot. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

This air-conditioned accommodation provides free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, and a toaster. The studio is equipped with a stove with three burners and a small oven, while the apartment features a stove with four burners and a large oven, as well as a coffee machine and a microwave.

Guests can also use the barbecue in the yard. The yard is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor seating set with a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to relax and spend quality time outdoors.

Pets are welcome at the property.

Guests check into a clean accommodation unit and are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days (guests receive clean linen and towels and replace them themselves).

Private parking is available within the property grounds and offers space for several vehicles.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
