Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Arhontiko Maria is a beachfront house located in the town of Nea Skioni. It is an excellent choice for a larger family or group of friends, as it can accommodate up to seven people.
Within a distance of 50-100m, there are bakeries, restaurants, shops, and cafes.
This traditional two-story house offers a sea view from all rooms. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the third, which serves as a living room, has two sofas and a TV stand. Additionally, there is another sofa and a crib on the gallery. The ground floor of the house features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove and a large fridge with a freezer. The bathroom includes a shower cabin with a curtain.
Guests also have access to a barbecue in the yard, which is furnished with loungers and a set with a table and chairs. This will surely become the favorite spot for guests to relax and unwind.
Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation, but they are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days (guests receive clean ones and change them themselves).
Private parking is available within the yard, with space for multiple cars.
