Villa Billy's House is situated approximately 500m from the center of Vasiliki, 200m from the town beach (pebbly) and 600m from the sandy Pondi beach. It offers its guests a pool, exquisitely landscaped courtyard with seating sets and a communal barbecue. The property provides private parking for all vehicles, showcasing an excellent balance of price, quality, and location.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are located within 100m.
Billy's House offers a total of eight accommodation units. There are two double studios (24m2) with a queen-size bed and the option to add an extra bed (a pull-out sofa with a standard-sized mattress). Additionally, there are two quadruple studios (25m2) with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. A standard bed can be added for a third person.
Furthermore, there are two quadruple apartments (35m2) with a double bed and one bathroom in the main bedroom, as well as 2 beds or a bunk bed in the kitchen and an additional bathroom. Two five-bed apartments (36m2) come with a double bed and a bathroom in the main bedroom, a bunk bed, and a pull-out standard bed with a classic mattress in the kitchen. If two couples wish to rent a quadruple apartment, the beds can be arranged to suit each couple since each separate room has its own bathroom.
Studios feature a terrace and a bathroom each, while apartments boast two bathrooms and two terraces.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kitchen, and balcony.
Daily cleaning is provided, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
In the large communal courtyard, there is private parking for all vehicles, two communal barbecues, and seating sets. Guests can also enjoy a large pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The reception is open all day and available to tourists for any assistance or information.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Zdravo, Zelim da rezervisem apartman u Billy House. Nije mi potpuno jasno koja soba je slobodna. Ja zelim studio koji ima dnevni deo sa sofom za razvlacenje i spavacu sobu. Period koji me zanima je 1-11.08, kad popunim tapbelicu pise da je slobodan cetvorokrevetni studio, da li je to prostor sa odvojenom spavacom sobom?
