Karusos Villa is located in the village of Milies, in the heart of the Pelion Peninsula, in a peaceful and authentic mountainous setting, away from the hustle and bustle of larger tourist resorts. Milies is a traditional mountain village known for its stone houses, paved streets and pleasant atmosphere, while the nearest beach is 7.4 km away. The Pelion Peninsula is particularly interesting due to its combination of mountain landscapes and the sea, allowing guests to explore numerous traditional villages as well as various beaches in the surrounding area during their stay. Thanks to its location, Milies provides an excellent base for organising excursions both towards the western coast and the quieter places along the Pagasetic Gulf, and towards the eastern coast facing the Aegean Sea, known for its lush vegetation and attractive beaches. The surroundings of the villa will be particularly appealing to guests who want to discover a more authentic side of Greece and spend their holiday in a peaceful mountain setting. At the same time, the proximity of the coast allows guests to enjoy the beach during the day and then return to the tranquillity and pleasant atmosphere of the mountain village.

The villa is spread over three floors, with the accommodation units located on the first and second floors. The entrance to the villa is accessed by stairs, and upon entering, at ground-floor level, guests have at their disposal a large shared living room, suitable for relaxing and socialising, while a separate area contains a shared, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The first and second floors feature rooms suitable for accommodating two or three adults. The two-person rooms may have a double bed, two joined single beds or two separate single beds, while the three-person room has a double bed and a folding armchair bed. Each room has a private bathroom.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no additional charge.

Each room is equipped with a fan, while the accommodation also offers free WiFi internet, TV, a hairdryer and an iron. On the ground floor, guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, three large refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. A shared washing machine is also available on the ground floor.

The rooms have private balconies with seating furniture, with one room not having a balcony, while the three-person room has two balconies, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain. Guests also have access to a shared veranda with seating furniture, as well as a beautifully arranged and fenced yard with a lawn and seating furniture in pleasant shade. There is also a shared barbecue in the yard, suitable for preparing meals and spending time outdoors.

Pets are not allowed at this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation unit, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels. A mandatory additional fee is charged for the final cleaning of the accommodation after the guests’ departure, while additional cleaning during the stay can be arranged at an extra charge, upon request.

Private parking is not available for guests, but a free parking space can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Karusos Villa is conveniently located for exploring the coast of Pelion and the surrounding areas. Kala Nera is 9 km away, Afissos 11 km, while Milina is 30 km away. The city of Volos is 27 km from the accommodation and provides an excellent opportunity for a day trip and for discovering this part of Greece. A walk along the coast of the Pagasetic Gulf is particularly pleasant, with numerous cafés, restaurants and traditional tavernas lining the waterfront, while the city also offers guests various opportunities for shopping and evening entertainment. Volos is also known for its traditional restaurants, where various interesting dishes are served together with local drinks, making it an interesting place to discover the local cuisine. The nearest airport, Nea Anchialos National Airport, is 61 km from the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
