Nemesis Apartments is a beautifully arranged and quality accommodation in the first row to the sea. It’s located in Skala Potamia, in about 10 minutes walk from the center and 50m away from the sandy beach. Apart from the proximity to the beach, you will have the accommodation that is protected from traffic and crowds, the sea scent and the ideal place for a peaceful family holiday.

Nemesis Apartments is a newly built accommodation complex that consists of five studios (20-25m2) and two apartments (25-30m2). The studios are double, triple and quadruple. All accommodation units have single beds, kitchenette, bathroom, beautiful terrace, air conditioning and a TV. The furniture is new and the accommodation units are neatly maintained.

Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is performed on regular basis.

This accommodation have private parking, After you reach the port, follow the sign that leads to the village of Panagia, and then towards Potamia. 3km after passing Potamia, you will see the hotel Korina on the left side of the road. Turn left and follow that road until you reach the beach and the Magic Coast tavern. You will see the accommodation complex 10m after turning right from the tavern.

If you’re looking for a new accommodation right on the beach, at 7-8 minutes walk from the center of Skala Potamia and all the facilities in it (several cafes, fast food restaurants, taverns, promenade, supermarkets and bakeries), Nemesis Apartments is a very good choice.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
