Our description
Newly built house Venice Deluxe Apartments is located in Pefkari, near the quiet local road that connects Potos and Pefkari. Accommodation is new, modern and high quality and it is very good choice for families with smaller kids.
From the center of Potos is about 450 meters away, and the same distance is to center of Pefkari. The nearest beach is located only 250 meters.
The house was built for the season 2016. It offers two studios which can accommodate up to 4 people (families with smaller kids). Both studios are on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden. Studio has one double bed, while in a smaller separated space there is sofa bed for two little children. It has small kitchen equipped with toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge and bathroom with shower cabin. Surface is around 30m2.
Both studios are air-conditioned and have a TV, hair dryer, iron and iron board, mosquito nets and safety box. Also there is internet access.
Cleaning and change of linen and towels is done for every three days.
House is with spacious garden with parking space, a barbecue and a playground for children is available for guests.
From the direction of Limenaria, the house is at the end of Pefkari, after the camp. Its entrance is from the main road so it is easy to notice, it is on the right side, and on the road there is a mark for Venice Deluxe Apartments.
The location of this house is excellent, as is a 5 minute walk from the beach, Pefkari and Potos, and it is easy to approach by a car. Guests can choose whether to swim at the town beach in Potos, at the beach of hotel Alexandra beach, the left or right Pefkari bay. All these beaches are accessible by foot. Big supermarket Masoutis is 200m away.
If you like Pefkari, because of its peace and closeness to Potos, and want more modest accommodation in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, then Venice Deluxe Apartments can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 25 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve je bilo savrseno-smestaj, lokacija, opremljenost, dvoriste, blizina plaze, vlasnica…Divno, cisto, novo…Smestaj sadrzi cak i kupke, sampone, kafu, cajeve, med, keksice…kao u hotelu sa 5 zvezdica! Vlasnica je divna zena, odlicno govori engleski, maksimalno posvecena. Na odlasku nam je dala divan poklon. Za odmor vam je potrebna samo garderoba i eventualno gumene patike za plazu, zbog kamenja u Pefkariju. Internet je u smestaju nesto slabiji,ali u svakom kaficu na plazi, na koju god lezaljku da se smestite, dobicete i brzi internet. Prekoputa je Masutis, koji ima cak i kuvanu hranu. Potos se nalazi na 5 min. hoda, sa prelepim pekarama i sladoledima, pescanom plazom. Limenarija je nesto vece, simpaticno mestasce, udaljeno par minuta voznje, izuzetno veselo uvece. Plaze su sve lepe na svoj nacin. Sve u svemu, divan smestaj i divno iskustvo, planiramo sve isto i sledece godine!

the accommodation is phenomenal. the size of the bathroom, the terrace, all the finishing works in the apartment are impeccable. the owner is very kind. 10/10. we will do it again for sure

Poštovani, krenula sam da rezervišem smeštaj ali vidim sa strane da nema kod "uključeno u cenu" wi fi. A vidim da piše da postoji pristup internetu. Da li to znači da se internet plaća kod njih?

Prezadovljni smo smeštajem.Domaćin je jedna predivna žena Venetia, uvek na usluzi i veoma ljubazna.Apartman nam je bio sasvim komforan(porodica sa dvoje dece)i veoma čist.Na svaka 3 dana nam je menjana posteljina i peškiri.Lep nameštaj ,nov.Kupatilo odlično,tuš veoma dobar,veliko lepo ogledalo novo sve i održavano. Zaista nikakve zamerke nemamo što se tiče smeštaja.
