Owners description
Villa Ioannis is located in the most attractive part of Leptokarya, above the church, 30m from the city center and about 450m away from the beach.
There are double, triple and quadruple comfortable studios on the second floor, equipped with elegant furniture. There are a total of four studios (No. 1, 2, 5, and 6).
Triple studios No. 1 and 2, overlooking the Mytikas, have one double and a single bed. The terraces of these studios are separated by a tumble dryer only.
The quadruple studio No. 2 with a view of Mytikas and the beach has one double and two single beds. It’s also possible to place an extra bed here.
The triple studio No. 5 has a view of the beach, one double and a single bed.
The quadruple studio No. 6 has a view of the beach and two double beds.
All accommodation units have a kitchenette (with basic dishes for the intended number of persons, a fridge and a hot plate with two rings), bathroom with a toilet, TV, air conditioning, free WiFi internet and a spacious terrace with sitting furniture.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
