A beautiful, clean, and tidy accommodation. We communicated with the owner exclusively by phone; he is an exceptionally kind man, always at our service. The accommodation features a spacious yard, which was ideal for our children. The only inconvenience was that we made our reservation at the last moment, so we ended up on the second floor, which was a bit awkward with small children.

All praises! The space is clean, new, and has everything you need. The terraces are beautiful, and the yard is perfectly adapted for children. The owner is wonderful, kind, and always available if you need assistance.

The host is kind, but the beach is quite far away. The bed is too small for two people.

This is accommodation for families with small, mischievous children, where both kids and parents can enjoy themselves. The large yard is always filled with children socializing and playing. It’s a true delight. Everything is clean, new, and functional. The terrace is spacious, and there are several larger tables in the yard, two of which are beautifully crafted wooden ones, almost new, situated under the grapevine. The wind constantly rustles. The children played even during the hottest part of the day. We were truly not bothered by anything. And if something is not quite right, the owner is incredibly accommodating, kind, and warm-hearted, so everything is resolved the moment you mention it. There are two paths leading to the beach, one sunny and the other shaded by sycamores. So everyone can choose what they prefer. We had a wonderful time. The most sincere recommendation.

The accommodation is clean, and the owners are kind and welcoming. The yard is vast, making it a true paradise for families with children. The beach, which offers natural shade, is about a ten-minute walk away, but the path lacks shade, so it is better to go by car (parking is right next to the beach). Overall, we were satisfied. 😊

A splendid place, clean and tidy. A spacious courtyard with ample parking and play area. One can reach the beach with a leisurely stroll through the plane tree forest. The beach is never crowded, with plenty of free spots on the sun loungers, as well as space to lay down towels. The owner, Nikos, is a wonderful man, kind and sociable, always available whenever needed, day or night. Highly recommended for Skotina, especially for accommodation.

This is our first time in the Olympus region, and we are enchanted. We were skeptical (everyone looked at us strangely when they heard that after Corfu, Lefkada, Thassos, Sithonia, and Kassandra, we chose a village in Pieria that no one had heard of), but we soon realized why people return year after year. All the guests who stayed at Nikos's Trantas Rooms come back every year, and some even told us they choose the same studio. The courtyard is safe, nestled between other courtyards, and beautiful - filled with fragrant flowers, trees that provide shade so that the car is never in the sun, covered with grass where barefoot boys spent their time playing football. There are also slides and a little house for very young children. Additionally, at the entrance to the courtyard, there is a shower with warm water, where we showered immediately upon arrival from the beach, ensuring that there was never any sand in the studio. Next to Villa Trantas, there is a small hotel with a pool that can be used with ordered drinks. In the beautifully decorated studio, equipped with completely new furniture, we had two French beds, perfectly suited for a family with three small children. I was particularly delighted that the mini-stove includes an oven (practical and comfortable - dinner cooks itself, especially considering that frozen pastries and pies can be bought in disposable paper trays at the markets), rather than just a hot plate as in the accommodations we had rented before. The owner checks on the accommodation in the afternoons and is very kind, and there is always a hostess present who is responsible for welcoming guests, cleaning, and more. You can turn to her for anything you need, for example, whenever you want clean towels, extra clothespins (I noticed that one guest mentioned a lack of clothespins as a downside), something from the dishes, etc. I had a mishap with the drying rack, which I wanted to move so that water from wet clothes wouldn't drip onto the laundry of people on the lower floors, but in doing so, I broke it. The owner not only refused to charge for the damage but also brought us a new drying rack as soon as we reported it. I asked Nikos if I could take 2-3 houseleeks to transplant at home, so now I have a sweet memory of this wonderful place on my terrace, to which we will gladly return, perhaps as soon as next summer.

The apartments are located behind the Livithra hotel, in an exceptionally peaceful area. The owners are wonderful and very kind - they assist and resolve everything immediately. The place itself is small, perfect for families with children. The beach is beautiful, sandy, well-maintained, and even during peak season, parking for cars can be found. The apartments are 300 meters from the beach - it’s very close and easy to reach on foot, if you prefer not to drive. The location of Paralia Skotina is good as it lies between Leptokaria and Nei Pori, making everything nearby accessible. We visited all the beaches in the vicinity, but Skotina is undoubtedly the best due to having the least pebbles at the water's edge (the beach is generally sandy, with just a bit of gravel in the shallow). There is gravel and pebbles in the shallow everywhere, but in Paralija Skotina, there are the least. The apartments are decent, shaded, so we didn’t even use the air conditioning at all; there was no need. The air conditioning was free, by the way. Towels were also free, and they changed them for us once during our seven-day stay. The kitchen is equipped with basic serving items, and there is an oven. The refrigerator is of medium size, perhaps even larger than in other apartments, so it was more than sufficient for us. The car was safe, parked in the yard, in the shade, so we didn’t worry at all about whether it was on the street, whether someone might damage it, or if it was in the sun - this was important for us as it is truly comfortable to enter a cooled car and drive off without any issues. The only problem was finding the street where you turn for the apartments, as there are no signs, but it’s important to know that they are located just behind the Livithra hotel, making everything easier. The apartments come highly recommended - the price-to-quality ratio is exceptional and meets everyone’s needs. We stayed on the ground floor, which was perfect for us. We traveled with three children (7, 6, and 4 years old), had two French beds and an extra bed, but we didn’t even use the extra bed. Since the French bed is 160*200, the children slept across it, so it was like they had a bed of 200*160, and they were very comfortable.
