Hotel Description

Our apartments are located on the beach of Skotina in Pieria, 30km south of Katerini. The beach is 300m away and it’s easily accessible. Olympus, the mountain of the Gods, magnetizes every visitor by the view. There’s the Venetian castle of Platamona, Litochoro and the archaeological site of Dion pretty close. There are many beach bars, Greek taverns and clubs for your entertainment in the area. There are also supermarkets, bakeries, internet cafes and other shops to satisfy all your needs. Access to our area is very easy through the national highway, just 1 hour far from the city of Thessaloniki, 20 minutes from Katerini and 40 minutes from Larissa.

The residence is located in a green field covered with grass and various trees and flowers. The place is fenced and safe, which makes it ideal for little children who can play freely. We have created athletic facilities thanks to the green open field. These include outdoors volleyball court and football pitch appropriate for children and grown-ups. There’s parking space in our spacious field. Our beautiful environment makes it ideal for rest and peace.

We have 14 furnished apartments with 2-4 in two buildings. There are seven ground-floor apartments, four are on the first floor and three are on the second floor. Apartments provide shelter to people of all ages, ranging from young couples and families, to elderly ones.

Our main concern is to provide cleanliness and our customers appreciate it. Apartments are very cool due to the location and their main characteristics, big balconies, spaciousness and cosiness.

In each apartment, you will find a cooker, a fridge and a set of cooking utensils. For those who love barbecue, there’s plenty of outdoor space and all the necessary equipment for it. Each apartment has a bathroom with hot water available anytime. Bed linen and towels are replaceded every two days.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
