Hotel Description

Filippos Apartment (32m2 without terraces) is the accommodation on the second floor in Leptokarya, 130m from the sea.

It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom. It has two terraces (overlooking the sea i.e. Olympus) one double bed in the bedroom, one sofa bed for two pearsons in the living room, air conditioning, internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, central heating and a kitchen with a stove with oven and a large fridge with freezer.

Replacement of bed linen and towels is provided after five days.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation. Change of towels and bed linen is provided for stays of 15 nights or more.

The capacity is four adults.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
