Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Apartment Olympiou can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in Leptokarija.
Location :
• 30 meters from the main promenade,
• 8 minutes walk to the main beach, about 700m (Hotel Dionysos),
• 4 minutes walk to Lidl,
• 2 minutes walk to the bus and police station,
• free parking in front of the building
• cleaning and changing bed linen in between shifts
• check in after 3 p.m
•check out before 10am
The apartment is located on the high ground floor. It has a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, unlimited internet, as well as air conditioning, the use of which is NOT charged extra.
The bedroom has a smaller double bed 120x200cm, while the set in the living room can be extended into a 140x190cm bed.
The minimum reservation is 7 nights.
