Elena Apartments is an accommodation located in Asprovalta, 380m from the beach. Situated in a quiet area, it offers fully equipped apartments that provide everything needed for a pleasant stay and a true family vacation in this seaside resort.

The property is just over 1km from the town center, while the nearest market is 700m away.

Elena Apartments is a complex located on the outskirts of Asprovalta, and through our website it is possible to book four apartments.

Two apartments are located on the second floor and consist of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. One apartment is suitable for two adults and two children, while the other is suitable for three adults and two children. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two persons, as well as an armchair bed, depending on the apartment.

The third apartment is a maisonette on two levels, suitable for up to six adults. The entrance is on the first floor, where the first level includes a living room, kitchen, and a toilet. Internal stairs lead to the lower level on the ground floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds joined together, while the living room has a sofa for two persons.

The fourth apartment is also a two-level maisonette, suitable for up to seven adults. The entrance is on the first floor, where the first level includes a living room, kitchen, and a toilet. Internal stairs lead to the lower level on the ground floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds joined together plus one additional single bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds joined together. The living room includes a sofa for two persons.

A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, WiFi internet, and an iron, while a washing machine is available only in the largest apartment. A hairdryer is available upon request. One apartment has a kitchen equipped with two hot plates and no oven, while the kitchens in the other apartments are equipped with a stove with four hot plates and a large oven. All kitchens include a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, and a kettle.

Cleaning, as well as linen and towel changes, are provided every three days.

The property offers private parking in the yard, with most parking spaces in the shade.

Driving along the main road (from the direction of Vrasna), after the Hellas auto service on your right, turn into the second street on the right, then immediately left. Continue straight, take the first right, and Elena Apartments will be on your left.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It is very clean and tidy. In close proximity to the apartment, there is an excellent supermarket. The hostess, Beti, is unobtrusive and accommodating.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
