Our description

Elena Apartments is an accommodation located in Asprovalta, at a distance of 380m from the beach. Located in a quiet place, it offers fully equipped apartments and maisonettes that offer everything necessary for a pleasant stay and a real family vacation in this resort.

The accommodation is far away about 1 km from the town center, and the nearest market is 700 m away.

Elena apartments is a complex located at the exit from Asprovalta, and through our website it is possible to book 6 units, two apartments and four maisonettes.

Apartments 5 and 6 are located on the second floor. They have a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven no.6, two hotplates in no.5, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, necessary dishes for food preparation), a separate bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and a spacious terrace. In the room with the kitchen there is also a sofa that opens and is suitable for two children.
Apartment number 6 also has an armchair on which another child can sleep.
Apartment number 5 has a shower cabin in the bathroom.
Apartment number 6 has a washing machine in the bathroom and a shower with a curtain.

The maisonettes are on two levels, the first level is on the high ground floor, and the second/lower one is in the basement.
On the high ground floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle. There is also a dining table, sofa and TV.
One maisonette has in one bedroom one single bed beside double bed and it can accomodate up to 6 people. This maisonette has a washing machine.
An internal staircase leads down to the lower level, where there is a small hallway, a bathroom with a shower, as well as two separate bedrooms with double beds, or two single beds. It is important to note that the bedrooms, although they are in the basement, have standard windows.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned (maisonnetes have AC just on upper level), have TV, internet; iron and baby cot are available on request.

Cleaning of units, replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

The accommodation has private parking in the yard and most of the parking spaces are in the shade.

Driving on the highway (from the direction of Vrasna), after the Hellas car service, which is on the right, turn into the second street on the right, and then immediately on the left. Drive straight a little further, turn into the first street on the right and Apartments Elena will be on your left.

If you want a quiet holiday, comfortable accommodation away from the city crowd, and not far from a spacious sandy and pebble beach, accommodation Elena can be a good choice for you.

Elena Apartments is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. The accommodation is 1 km from the center of Asprovalta, where there are restaurants and a mini market, and 80 km from the center of Thessaloniki.
The air-conditioned apartments have a kitchen with a living room and a dining room. Facilities include a microwave oven, an oven with induction plates, a TV, and an iron. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Free parking is available on site. Each unit has a Wi-Fi signal.
Every 3 days it is cleaned and towels and bed linen are changed.
