Owner description
Jovanovic Villa is located in Olympic Beach and is ideal for vacations near the sea.
The air-conditioned accommodation has wireless internet and consists of 12 accommodation units. Each is equipped with a mini kitchen and dishes, a refrigerator and an induction hob, a bathroom with a shower, and beautiful balconies that also have a view of the sea from a distance.
Guests are responsible for cleanliness, towels are not provided, and bed linen is changed every five days.
Small pets are allowed. Parking is by the street, and the accommodation has a small fenced yard with seating. A cot is also available on request, all windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
