The accommodation is situated on the second floor of a modern building with an elevator, making it easily accessible for all guests. The studio is equipped for a comfortable stay for up to four adults, featuring four single beds, two of which are joined together while the other two remain separate. A functional kitchen and modern bathroom complete the space, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The studio includes air conditioning for a comfortable temperature during hot summer days, a Smart TV with satellite channels for entertainment, Wi-Fi internet to stay connected, and a hairdryer for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove with two burners, a small oven, a kettle, and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer for all your groceries and refreshing drinks.

After a day at the beach, you can unwind on the balcony furnished with seating, offering a pleasant view of the surroundings—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation with a glass of local wine.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, allowing them the freedom to organize their space according to their own needs. For stays longer than seven days, a set of clean bed linens and towels is provided, which guests can change as needed. If you desire additional comfort, cleaning services, and extra sets of fresh bed linens and towels can be requested for an additional fee.

Parking spaces in the surrounding streets are usually readily available, allowing you to conveniently park your vehicle within a short distance of the accommodation. Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
