Accommodation description

Elena’s House is accommodation near the beach and city center of Neos Marmaras. It offers air-conditioned double rooms, triple studios and a quadruple apartment - all with wireless internet and mosquito nets. The kind owners will always be at your service.

The city beach in Neos Marmaras is at about 125m, while the nearest tavern and grocery store are 50m away.

The accommodation was built in 1998 and renovated in 2014 when all the furniture was replaced. It offers three double rooms, two triple studios and one quadruple apartment. Double rooms and quadruple apartment are on the second floor, while the studios are on the first floor.

The double room with a view of the sea (number 3) has a double bed, and the two double rooms with a view of the courtyard (number 5 and 6) have two joined single beds. All rooms have a bathroom with a wall-mounted shower without a curtain and a balcony. These units are without a kitchen, but have a standard refrigerator.

Three-bed studios number 1 and 2 are very comfortable (35m2). Studio no. 2 has a spacious terrace with a view of the courtyard and three single beds (two are joined into one double), while no. 1 overlooks the neighboring house, has a small balcony, one double bed and one single bed, separate kitchen and exit to the yard.

Apartment number 4 consists of two small bedrooms (10m2 each) with one double bed each, and a separate kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are located between the rooms. The kitchen has a stove with two hotplates, a refrigerator and necessary dishes. This apartment has one bathroom, two TVs and a huge veranda (70m2) ideal for enjoying a coffee and a view of the sea. The owners prefer families (parents with small children) to stay in this apartment.

Studios and apartments have a stove with two burners and a refrigerator in the kitchen with the necessary dishes. All units have mosquito nets, hairdryer, wireless internet, TV and air conditioning. The bathrooms have a shower, and there are clothes dryers on the terraces. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done after three nights.

This accommodation has no yard, but there’s a small lawn in the back of the building. Public parking is about 100m away.

You will find this accommodation very easy. From the city stadium, follow the street by the Alfa Alfa Studios, uphill ahead. You’ll see Elena’s House 100m later on the right-hand side. There is a small clothing store on its ground floor.

Booking and cancellation terms

Stays for persons younger than 3 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
