One of the most popular accommodations for Neos MarmarasElena's House is accommodation near the beach and city center of Neos Marmaras. It offers air-conditioned double rooms, triple studios and a quadruple apartment - all with wireless internet and mosquito nets. The kind owners will always be at your service.
The city beach in Neos Marmaras is at about 125m, while the nearest tavern and grocery store are 50m away.
The accommodation was built in 1998 and renovated in 2014 when all the furniture was replaced.
It offers three double rooms, two triple studios and one quadruple apartment. Double rooms and quadruple apartment are on the second floor, while the studios are on the first floor.
Double room with sea view has one double bed, and two double rooms with garden view have two connected single beds. All rooms have a bathroom with a shower tray without a curtain and a balcony.
Triple studios no. 1 and 2 are very comfortable (35m2) and have three single beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen. No. 2 has a spacious terrace overlooking the garden and three single beds (two are connected in one double), while no. 1 is overlooking a neighbouring house and it has a small balcony, one double and a single bed, separate kitchen and the exit to the yard.
The apartment no. 4 consists of two bedrooms (about 10m2 each) with one double bed each and a separate kitchen. The kitchen and the bathroom are located between the rooms. The kitchen has a hot plate with two rings, a fridge and necessary dishes. This apartment has one bathroom and a huge porch (70m2) ideal for enjoying coffee and a sea view. Owners prefer to rent this apartment to families (parents with little children).
All accommodation units have a kitchen (except rooms), fridge, mosquito nets, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning. The bathrooms are with shower tray, and all terraces have a tumble dryer. Cleaning, as well as towels and bed linen replacement, is done after three overnights.
This accommodation has no yard, but there's a small lawn in the back of the building. Public parking is about 100m away.
You will find this accommodation very easy. From the city stadium, follow the street by the Alfa Alfa Studios, uphill ahead. You'll see Elena's House 100m later on the right-hand side. There is a small clothing store on its ground floor.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
