Agios Nikolaos Small House is located in a small traditional village located 90m above sea level, Agios Nikolaos, famous for its narrow cobbled streets, houses with stone facades, a beautiful square with several taverns, pastry shops, pizzerias, and cafes. This accommodation is 850m away from the nearest beach.
As part of this accommodation, there are apartments with one or two bedrooms, located in the basement and on the upper ground floor, and intended to accommodate up to five adults.
The five-bed apartment, located in the basement, has a bathroom, a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen. In this apartment, which can accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child, there is a double bed in the bedroom, while there are three sofas for one person in the living room.
The apartment with two bedrooms, which is a maisonette on two levels, on the lower level, which is on the upper ground floor, has a living room with a kitchen, while on the upper level, which is on the first floor, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. In one bedroom of this apartment there is a double bed, in the second bedroom, there are two beds for one person, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.
There is air conditioning only in one bedroom of the two-bedroom apartment, while there is a fan in the five-bed apartment. The guests of this accommodation have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
