Owners description
The Aqua Oliva Resort Hotel, a four-star establishment, part of the Across Hotels & Resorts group, is located 200m from Agia Paraskevi beach in Sivota, in the region of Epirus. Relax in a tranquil environment that combines the greenery of nature with the blue of the Ionian Sea.
Within this accommodation complex, there are rooms, studios and apartments designed to accommodate a maximum of four people. They feature a double bed or two single beds in combination with a folding armchair in units with a capacity for three people or with a double sofa or single sofa and folding armchair in units with a capacity for four people.
A baby cot is available upon request and at an additional charge.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a safety deposit box, a mini bar or a kitchen equipped with a small fridge with a freezer, two hot plates, a kettle and a coffee maker in some units. Guests have at their disposal a 24-hour reception and room service, as well as buffet breakfast and/or dinner served at the Oliva restaurant.
Depending on the floor level of the accommodation unit, guests can spend time on a veranda or balcony overlooking the sea, garden or pool. The accommodation unit 4 Bed Room, Promo Ground Suite is located in the basement and does not have a veranda.
The accommodation complex features two outdoor pools for children and adults, sun loungers and umbrellas, a poolside bar Sea View, a lobby bar Aquosus, the main restaurant Oliva, and the à la carte restaurant Aqua View.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while daily change of towels and bed linen is possible upon request and at an additional charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dear friends, I would like to know if there’s a wheelchair access to any of the studios, meaning close parking and no stairs to the room or inside. Postovani, koliko ba kostalo letovanje cetvoroclanu porodic, dvoje dece od 7 i 4 godine i da bude ukljucen pogled na mora. period od 09.07-21.07 ( 12 noci). Hvala.
