The Aqua Oliva Resort Hotel, a four-star establishment, part of the Across Hotels & Resorts group, is located 200m from Agia Paraskevi beach in Sivota, in the region of Epirus. Relax in a tranquil environment that combines the greenery of nature with the blue of the Ionian Sea.

Within this accommodation complex, there are rooms, studios and apartments designed to accommodate a maximum of four people. They feature a double bed or two single beds in combination with a folding armchair in units with a capacity for three people or with a double sofa or single sofa and folding armchair in units with a capacity for four people.

A baby cot is available upon request and at an additional charge.

The accommodation complex features two outdoor pools for children and adults, sun loungers and umbrellas, a poolside bar Sea View, a lobby bar Aquosus, the main restaurant Oliva, and the à la carte restaurant Aqua View.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while daily change of towels and bed linen is possible upon request and at an additional charge.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
