An excellent accommodation highly recommended.

Given that this accommodation has three units, I cannot recommend unit number one. The other two are worth recommending. The first unit features small balconies, one of which overlooks a neighboring wall, and below the balcony is a laundry area with washing machines, making it quite unpleasant to sit and enjoy the view. The air conditioning in the two-bedroom apartment can only cool the entrance area and a little of one room; the other room is sweltering since the apartment is located on an upper floor with a low ceiling. The bathroom is nice and is cleaned every three days when the linens and towels are changed, ensuring excellent hygiene. If you spend the entire day outside the accommodation, it is impossible to cool it down throughout the night with the air conditioning. The courtyard is beautiful, featuring a barbecue area with a tap and comfortable outdoor furniture. The owner reacted very defensively to criticism regarding the accommodation, leaving a negative impression that did not change until the end of our stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Jolanda's House in Toroni, Sithonia. The accommodation is just as depicted in the photos. It is tidy, clean, and inviting. Each apartment has its own parking space, and the yard is spacious and lush. The beach is merely 50 meters away, along with taverns, markets, and bakeries in close proximity. Truly, every praise goes to the owner Jolanda and her wonderful team.

I reserved a studio on the first floor. I do not know why the owner's son tried to accommodate us on the ground floor. I sent an email to Nikana, and within ten minutes, we were moved to the first floor. The studios are identical. The space is perfectly utilized. The furniture is modern, the bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. The bathroom is functional, with a large sink, a shower cabin with a glass partition, and it has good drainage, so there’s no need to gather water on the toilet after showering. The kitchen is separate and accessed from the terrace, which seemed odd to me at first, but it’s an excellent solution since smells do not enter the sleeping area. Everything is of high quality, both the dishes and the awning on the terrace. They thought of everything. You will be greeted with cold water in the fridge, a new sponge for the dishes, dishwashing liquid, and soap in the toilet. The linens and towels are changed every three days. There is a parking space for each apartment, and the room number corresponds to the parking space number. The accommodation is close to the beach. If it hadn’t been for the unnecessary stress with the room upon our arrival, it would have been perfect. But all praise to Nikana for resolving the issue immediately.

The walls are clean, the bathroom is modernly arranged, and the parking is numbered according to the studio (apartment) numbers, ensuring a reserved parking spot. The hosts are exceptionally kind and accommodating. The studio was cleaned and the bedding and towels were replaced four times during our ten-night stay, and hygiene was at a high level. The residents of the surrounding studios were courteous, and apart from some cheerful children's chatter during the day, it was quiet and peaceful. The WiFi signal was always available, but in the evening hours, the speed was slightly slower due to a high number of users. In any case, we would recommend a stay at Jolandas House to everyone!

A superb accommodation located in an excellent area near the beach, markets, and restaurants. A well-equipped studio with new furniture and a renovated bathroom, cleaned every three days. The kitchen features new tiles and a large refrigerator. The table and chairs for seating are only available on the terraces. The courtyard is commendable, well-maintained, and offers ample seating space for small guests, along with a dedicated area for barbecuing with two shared grills. Private parking is also provided for small guests. This is an excellent accommodation highly recommended for anyone.

The accommodation is exceptionally tidy, with rooms cleaned every 2-3 days, and the location is excellent. A minor drawback is the noise if you are sharing with a family whose children cry incessantly, as most balconies overlook the courtyard.

The accommodation is clean and functional, regularly maintained. Towels and bed linens are changed every three days. The room is equipped with mosquito nets and a mosquito repellent device, which is of great significance due to the large presence of mosquitoes.

This year, we utilized the services of this accommodation in Toronto for the second consecutive time. I believe it will not be the last time.

We were accommodated in a two-bedroom apartment, approximately 45 square meters in size, from June 23rd to June 30th. The rooms were decent, clean, and tidy, equipped with air conditioning, and fitted with mosquito nets on the windows, which is very important in Toroni due to the abundance of mosquitoes. In fact, Toroni, or Sitonia, never sprays for mosquitoes... supposedly to avoid harming the bees, as Sitonia is a major producer of honey. The parking area is spacious, with numbered parking spots. The beach is less than 100 meters away, and the street where the property is located leads directly to the beach. Within 30-50 meters of the property, there are two restaurants and a shop. The hosts are very kind and polite people, always ready to assist and accommodate. In the apartments, towels and bed linens are changed every 4-5 days, so please be economical (if possible) with the towels. Overall, for the price, this place offers good accommodation that I warmly recommend.

Jolanda's house is a wonderful family accommodation in Toroni. We spent five days there. The room was tidy and clean, with fresh bed linens and towels. They are changed every three days. The room features air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, and also included a fully equipped kitchen. I rated cleanliness with four stars simply because the bathroom lacked ventilation. However, the bathroom itself was very clean, and they even provided bottles of body soap. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The villa has its own parking area at the back, making it very safe to leave your vehicle there. They have a lovely garden with beautifully arranged tables, chairs, and sofas. Additionally, you can have your own barbecue there. This villa is definitely worth visiting, especially due to its location just two minutes from the sea. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jolanda's House.

Opinions are entirely divided. The price-quality ratio does not align. For two days, we had no hot water, and the room was exceedingly cramped. Everything else was satisfactory.

The location is exceptional, close to the market, gyro, and two taverns... The apartment complex is beautifully arranged, with several seating areas, and there is also a grill available for barbecuing. Parking is sufficient for all guests. We stayed in an apartment with one bedroom (double bed), while in another apartment, which includes a kitchen, there are two single beds. The beds are comfortable, even for tall people, and there are no partitions for the legs :) The bathroom is quite new and comfortable. The apartments are cleaned every three days, and in our case, the last cleaning was two days ago; new towels will likely be provided. The internet connection is superb, not a speed of despair, standard for Greece :)

Regarding the accommodation itself, everything is mostly as depicted in the pictures. It is quite tidy and clean.
