If you are looking for the perfect combination of quality accommodation, location and friendly hosts, Jolanda's House will not let you down. Owners of this accommodation place hygiene and quality first and for this reason, this is one of the best accommodations in Toroni. Although located in the city center, very close to the tavern, children's playground and beach, thanks to the nicely decorated and tucked away yard, you will have a really peaceful holiday.

Accommodation is 150m away from the arranged, sandy beach and the supermarket. The most famous taverns and children's playground are at the same distance as beach and market, while the best gyros in Toroni is just 50m from the accommodation, so we can say that everything needed for the perfect holidays is just a few steps away from the accommodation.

The accommodation has 10 triple studios. Most of them have double beds, but there are also studios with two single beds. Each three-bed studio has another bed that can be drawn below the double bed or single beds or a third bed (extra bed) is added to the studio. They are located on a high ground floor or on the first floor. There are also two two-bed studios with double or two single beds, but it is important to point out that every triple studio can be booked at the price of a two-bed studio. The accommodation also has two smaller quadruple apartments (2+2), which have one double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is one single bed and under this bed, there is one more which can be pulled out. These apartments are designed for families with two smaller children and they are located on the first floor.

There are also nine quadruple apartments. Three of them are duplex apartments and six apartments have one bedroom. Duplex apartment in one bedroom has a double bed, while the other one has two single beds, while the regular apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, and in the room where is the kitchen, there is a single bed with another single bed which can be pulled out. The apartments are located on the first floor and on the ground floor. There are also two quintuple duplex apartments which has a double bed in the bedroom, in the second bedroom two single beds and in the living room sofa which cannot be folded. These apartments are located three steps below the ground level, in the basement. There are also two quintuple maisonettes located on the second floor facing the yard and parking. The gallery has two single beds, one double bed is in the bedroom, while the living room has one sofa that is not folding. These maisonettes have two balconies.

Each accommodation unit has TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets and awnings or sun protection accessories (except accommodation units in the basement) as well as the wire for drying clothes. Apartments have a safe box and hairdryer. Most suites have shower cabins or only a fenced shower with a curtain, while all studios have only a fenced shower with a curtain. Five-bed and four-bed apartments have large refrigerators, while the other accommodation units have small fridges. The quintuple apartments and rooms have an electric stove with a big oven, while the other units have a hot plate with two plates and a small oven or they do not have oven at all. The kitchens are fully equipped with necessary dishes. All accommodation units have balconies with a table and chairs, but we would note that some of them have a closed view, and some of them have a garden or mountain view. It's important to note that the five-bed apartments in the basement are also well illuminated and have a terrace with a table and chairs for sitting in the level of the yard.

Guests can use a washing machine with a fee depending on the quantity of laundry. For those who need to have a good internet signal for their job, Jolanda's House can be a good choice, because there are four routers with a 25Mb/s. Bed sheets and towels are changed every three days. Private parking is provided on a part of the land across the yard. The accommodation also has two large barbecues in the yard with tables and chairs.

After entering Toroni, drive the main street by the sea until you reach the Aphrodite tavern then turn to the right, pass by Asteris gyros and after 20m you'll reach the accommodation.

Jolanda's House complex is situated within walking distance of the crystal Toroni beach in Sithonia of Halkidiki, just an hour and a half from the airport of Thessaloniki (SKG). It consists of two separate buildings which give the visitor all the amenities for relaxation and tranquillity. Apartments, studios and suites with many amenities and services make up Jolanda's House. Between the buildings, you can enjoy our green garden house in which you may find the barbecue and tables for relaxing moments.

Jolanda's House has three types of rooms, studios, apartments and suites. Each room is fully equipped with TV, A/C, shower, toilet, kitchen and a spacious balcony overlooking the garden, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Our rooms are well maintained and offer a sense of homely atmosphere. There is also lighted private parking and a barbecue so that you can enjoy beautiful evenings in our garden. We serve breakfast in agreement and there is a 24-hour reception.

The hotel is open from 1st of May until the 1st of October.
