Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Palmview House is located in the coastal town of Kalamitsi, Sithonia. This accommodation offers you pleasant rest and relaxation, and is an ideal environment for families. You can enjoy family moments in the fresh air, in a spacious and beautifully decorated yard that offers plenty of space for your little ones to play, as well as a barbecue area. The enchanting beach of this place is located 400m from the accommodation. If you are looking for peace, nature and comfort, this is the perfect place for your vacation.
This ground floor studio can accommodate a maximum of four adults. In its composition, the studio has a bathroom, and in the kitchen area there is a double bed and a sofa for two people.
Upon request and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.
In this air-conditioned facility, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hair dryer, as well as a kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
In front of the entrance to the studio there is a private veranda with a table and chairs for sitting, as well as a yard where there is a private barbecue, a summer house, a small playground for children and sunbeds for your relaxation.
Pets are not allowed in this facility.
Cleaning of the studio, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. A laundry service is also available for an additional fee.
