Eden’s Garden is located in the coastal town of Kalamitsi, Sithonia. This accommodation offers you pleasant rest and relaxation, and is an ideal environment for families. You can enjoy family moments in the fresh air, in a spacious and beautifully decorated yard that offers plenty of space for your little ones to play, as well as a barbecue area. The enchanting beach of this place is located 300m from the accommodation. If you are looking for peace, nature and comfort, this is the perfect place for your vacation.

The offer includes four-bed studios, located on the ground floor, which can accommodate up to four adults. They consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. They are equipped with a double bed and a sofa for two people.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

In this air-conditioned property, guests have access to free WiFi, a Smart TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Some units feature a four-burner stove with a large oven, while others are equipped with only two ceramic hotplates.

In front of the studio entrance there is a private veranda with a table and chairs, as well as a yard with a private barbecue, a gazebo, a small children’s playground, and sun loungers for relaxation.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

Cleaning of the studios, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is provided every three days. Laundry service is also available at an additional charge.

A parking space is provided for guests within the property.

We had a wonderful time here, beyond all expectations!!! The house is beautifully decorated and clean, everything smells lovely, the yard is large, with lots of greenery (shade from an 80-year-old olive tree and a 50-year-old fig tree and large palms!). We thought the house was quite far from the sea when we chose it, but it is actually a 5-minute walk from the beach; our children walked on their own from the beach to the accommodation... The beach is sandy and beautiful, and the town is small and has everything you need for a holiday. We left an umbrella on the beach all day and night, and the SUP board on the beach during the day, without worrying that someone would take them... It is peaceful and quiet in the house and in the yard, you can sleep well, just as you should on a real holiday... The porch is spacious and has shade for the afternoon... Behind the house there is a path with tall trees and a riverbed that goes around the whole place, so it is nice to walk there too. The hostess Marija is a wonderful woman, smiling, always there to help and inform if needed... We all felt as if we were in our own home or with some dear relatives, we felt so good. And we will come again!!! Highly recommended!

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
