It is a two bedroom apartment located on the second floor. Ιt has 70m2. There is one folding sofa for two people in the first bedroom and one double bed in the second. It also has a sofa for one person in the living room.

In the kitchen, there is a large oven with four rings, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

This apartment has a yard which guests share with others. Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done only upon departure and arrival of new guests, but cleaning equipment is provided and guests can clean the apartment themselves.

This apartment is open all year round and it is possible to enjoy its sea view during the rest of the year, not only during the summer months.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
