The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a newly built building and consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two joined single beds, while the living room features two single sofa beds.

A baby crib is available upon request at no extra charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation, with an AC unit in the living room, offers free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with two ceramic cooktops, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

On one of the two verandas, which is furnished with seating, you can enjoy views of the beautifully maintained garden.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, is provided every four days during the stay, and an additional set of bed linen and towels is available at no extra charge.

Everything was perfect. From early in the morning, the child played in the yard (scooter, bicycles, football). The barbecue is great for cooking, because the house doesn’t smell when preparing seafood, fish, and similar dishes. If you’re looking for peace but still want everything within a four-minute drive, it’s the right choice. Marina is there whenever you need her. The apartment is new, spacious, and clean. It has everything you need.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
