Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. 60% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description

We are located 100 meters from the center of Neos Marmaras, in a quiet neighborhood that gives you access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, just 3 minutes walking. When you check in, you will be fully informed of all activities in the village. A lovely and huge veranda overlooking the sea awaits for you to enjoy your coffee. We offer a great WI-FI signal!
