Vasiliki's Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, a resort spread across three surrounding hills which is the center of events in Sithonia, so everyone can find something to their liking, whether it's entertainment, gastronomy, or beaches. This accommodation is 1.1km from Paradissos Beach, while Neos Marmaras Beach is 2km away.
The apartment, situated on the ground floor of a house built on sloping terrain with two steps leading down upon entry, is intended for the accommodation of up to four adults. In the bedroom of this apartment, separated from the kitchen area by accordion doors, there is a double bed, while within the kitchen area, there are two single beds.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
In this air-conditioned apartment, with the cooling unit located within the kitchen area, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, and an electric kettle.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
