The view from the accommodation is breathtaking; for us, it was superb, as it overlooks the sea, a lovely part of the bay, and Mount Athos. The area is peaceful, situated on a hill, but the ascent from the town is not too steep. The central square is very close, as is the church (we heard the bells in the morning and evening, which did not bother us). In late September, there were plenty of parking spaces available, which is quite significant. Regarding the kitchen, it could be better equipped with more modern appliances, as it was not particularly practical. The terrace is nice, with four chairs, and a canopy can be lowered for sun protection. The bathroom was quite solid, containing everything necessary. The refrigerator is fine. Bedding is changed every 3-4 days. The mattresses were surprisingly decent, considering that the spring network can be felt under the hand, but there were no issues while lying down.

All praises for Emanuel house, where we stayed in a five-bed apartment. The space is clean and spacious, the terrace is adequately large, and the kitchen, though modestly equipped, has everything necessary. Towels are changed every few days. The view of the sea is fantastic. The location is perfect as two beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away on foot; to the left, looking towards the sea, there is a large beach in Sarti, and the town center is also a five-minute walk away. The owner, Mixalis, is a wonderful person, always available and kind. When we lost the key, he brought us a new one within ten minutes at 11:30 PM, with a smile on his face! ❤️

An excellent place to stay, I recommend it to anyone who appreciates a stunning view and values the price-to-quality ratio. During our stay, the other guests in the apartment were also friendly and there was no noise. The accommodation is situated on a small "hill," so if you are traveling with elderly individuals or those with lesser physical fitness, the walk uphill may be challenging unless you drive. :))

The accommodation's location is excellent, offering a beautiful view of the sea. The studio is quite warm as there is no roof, only a slab, making it impossible to rely on air conditioning continuously. The dishes, glasses, and cutlery are very old and mismatched. There is an unpleasant smell of sewage coming from the bathroom (there are no windows), but it is fortunate that there are doors separating the hallway from the room. The overall impression is very good, as the location and view compensate for the shortcomings.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and situated in an excellent location. Waking up to the sea and enjoying the first coffee on the beautiful terrace is priceless... highly recommended.

The view is worth a million dollars. It was July 2023. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The accommodation looks even better in person than in the pictures. Be prepared to figure out how to call the landlord to come on the first day, as he does not live on the property, and we were unable to reach him by phone. Fortunately, the landlord of the ground floor unit was present and went to fetch the landlord of Emanuel Apartments. It should be noted that it is one house, actually two units; on the ground floor is another unit with a different landlord, while Emanuel Apartments are located on the upper floor of the same house.

An excellent accommodation with an incredible view. There is parking available in front of the accommodation. The only issue is the return from the walk due to the elevation leading back to the accommodation.

We stayed in Studio 7 from June 5th to June 15th, 2023. The studio is beautiful, offering a view of Mount Athos. The cleanliness is impeccably maintained, the hosts are friendly, and everything necessary for a pleasant stay is provided.

The accommodation is perfect, and the view from the terrace is stunning. The internet connection is weak; it is available on the terrace and in the kitchen, but in the rooms, it varies. The cleanliness could be improved, as the towels were not clean, but considering everything, the accommodation is quite satisfactory, and we will return again!

The view and location are fantastic. We appreciated that no one came to clean the room, although it would have been nice if someone had appeared to change the towels and bedding at least once. The pillows did not suit us, as they were too thick. However, the view and location compensate for all the shortcomings, and the room itself is fine, with a nice bathroom; it's clear that everything is relatively new. Overall, we are satisfied and would recommend it.

An amazing view for 24 hours (we were fortunate to have full moon nights rising from the sea. The old town is a quiet area, yet so close to the central district with restaurants, markets, etc.

Regarding the location, accommodation, and noise, everything was perfect. The view from the terrace is indescribable. My only complaint pertains to the cleanliness of the kitchen, and particularly the bathroom, which was not clean upon our arrival. This is the sole drawback, but it is a pity that the villa does not deserve the highest rating because of it.

An excellent apartment, spacious and beautifully decorated, with air conditioning and a TV in every room, and parking conveniently located in front of the apartment. It is close to the central happenings in Sarti, near the beach, and the view from the terrace is fantastic. The cleaning of the apartment could be significantly improved, but they regularly change the towels, which is commendable. In any case, the apartment comes highly recommended.

Pros: a phenomenal view from the terrace of the five-person apartment. Parking is available. Cons: the owner is not present when you arrive, nor is there anyone to greet you, so you have to call by phone. Hygiene: the accommodation has not been cleaned even once in 10 days, we take down and put on the bedding ourselves, there is no toilet paper, and the tap in the yard for washing feet has no water, so sand from the beach is brought into the accommodation. Noise: it is not true that it is quiet; groups gather at the monument across from the accommodation and are quite loud deep into the night. I wouldn't mention this if it weren't stated in the description that there is no noise. The hairdryer works, but only for a minute; as soon as it heats up, it turns off... Conclusion: this accommodation is the biggest cat in the bag I've encountered since I started booking through Nikana (from 2012 to today). The price-quality ratio is extremely unrealistic, and I simply do not understand what sells it at this price (probably people believe the good pictures in the description). If it had cost 550-600 euros for 10 nights instead of 950 euros, I would say that is about right for today's Greece; however, this is overpriced and not worth the money!

The owner did not answer the phone when we arrived; only after 45 minutes did we encounter a neighbor who called him. He arrived a few minutes later. He seemed angry that we hadn’t come a day earlier, as that was how it was noted. He opened the apartment for us and told us to stop by his restaurant to pay whenever it was convenient for us. The bathroom was not cleaned, meaning it was not washed; there was sand in the sink, and the toilet seat was dirty. The apartment is smaller than it appears in the pictures and is not as well-kept as shown. The website states that towels and bed linens are changed every 3-4 days. Since they hadn’t changed them even on the fourth day, we went to ask when they would be changed, and they said it would be tomorrow. The next day, when we arrived to pay, we found towels and bed linens in front of the apartment. If it had stated that I needed to change the linens myself in the apartment, I would have found it hard to choose this place. We ate outside, so I don’t know the details, but there are dishes, pots, and a kettle. A classic apartment with a terrace and a stunning view.

The host was exceptionally helpful: we encountered some issues with our car upon departure, and he promptly called a mechanic, ensuring that everything was resolved swiftly. Thank you very much. We are extremely pleased with the accommodation. The view from the terrace is phenomenal, but the downside is that it is situated on a hill (still close to the beach), requiring a better physical condition to climb up to the accommodation. :) Plan to call the owner on their mobile upon arrival and departure, as there is no one to greet you at the accommodation.

The accommodation is just as depicted in the pictures. The location is superb, and the view is even better. It can be a bit inconvenient for families arriving with strollers, as there is a small incline leading to the villa.
