Emmanuel house is located near the old part of Sarti, on the hill, with a really amazing view of the sea and Mount Athos. It is ideal for all those who want to be close to the city center and the beach, but on the other side to be on the quiet location.
It’s about 100m from the beach and around 120m from the main square, the closest store and bakery.
Emmanuel House shares the house with Toula’s Studios. It is consisted of one quintuple and two quadruple apartments, as well as one triple studio. All accommodation units are located on the second floor. Triple studio has a double and a single bed. One quadruple apartment has two single beds (that can be connected) in the bedroom and in the room with a kitchen, while the other one has two single beds in the room with a kitchen and a double bed in the bedroom. Quintuple apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, and a double and a single bed in the room with a kitchen.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned (air conditioners are located in the bedrooms), they have a TV in the rooms with kitchen, internet and mosquito nets. Kitchen is equipped with hotplates and small fridge with freezer compartment, while in the bathroom there is a shower with curtain. All accommodation units have sea view and each balcony has its own sitting set and umbrella. Bed linen and towels are replaced every 3-4 days.
The house doesn’t have its own courtyard, but across it there are a playground for children and parking.
Before entering Sarti, from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see a sign for GreenOtel and you should turn left in that street. Continue straight, pass the hotel Maistrali and go straight, till the end of the street, then left and that street will take you right to the parking in front of this accommodation.
Emmanuel House is a good choice for everyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant stay, on a quiet location not far from the beach.

Clean, tidy, and comfortable—great value for the price. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly. A beautiful view, and in the middle of all that hustle—having parking is a real plus! We were extremely satisfied with our stay.
