Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Drosia Villa is a new and modernly equipped accommodation located in the small village of Tripiti, just 150m from the beach. The accommodation is ideal for guests seeking privacy and a property with fewer units, as it only has two apartments and a large courtyard.
The accommodation is completely new, and the first guests will be welcomed at the beginning of August 2025.
The first supermarket is located 2.2km away at the entrance to Limenaria, while the nearest restaurant is located within the Blue Dream Palace Hotel, about 350m from the accommodation. The center of Limenaria with shops and promenade is 2.8km away.
The nearest beach is in front of the Plavoulis beach bar, just 150m from the accommodation. Tripiti Beach is wide and long - the nearest part is sandy-pebbly with stone slabs at the water's edge, while the right part, in front of the Blue Dream Palace Hotel, is pebbly. This beach is ideal for guests who enjoy diving and exploring the depths of the sea.
The accommodation consists of two spacious apartments, one on the ground floor (53m²) and the other on the first floor (57m²).
Both apartments have two bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living room with a sofa suitable for one more person, and within the living room there are a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with two hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils for meal preparation.
The bathroom is modern and has a glass partition on one side.
The apartment is equipped with three air conditioners, wireless internet access, three TVs, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, mosquito nets, and a barbecue that guests can use.
The owners can provide a baby cot upon request.
The courtyard is spacious and features a barbecue, as well as a table and chairs for seating.
Parking is provided for all accommodation guests.
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, and the owners will provide an additional set of bed linen and towels that can be replaced as needed.
A deposit of €100 is required upon arrival, and will be refunded upon departure if no damage is done by the guests.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, you will pass by the Blue Dream Palace Hotel on your right, then by the Zoe Hotel and Zako Apartments on the left side of the main road, after which you immediately turn left at the bend and the accommodation is located right next to the main road.
