Owners description
Athene Apartments is located in the second row from the sea shore outside the center of Neos Marmaras, in a peaceful location towards the Paradisos area, on the Sithonia peninsula. The nearest beach is 70m away, while the beginning of the Paradisos beach is 600m away, and the town beach is about 1.7km away.
There are eight triple studios available, distributed on three levels - one on the first floor, five on the second floor and two on the third floor, as well as three double studios on the ground floor. Accommodation units with a capacity for three people contain a double bed and a single bed, while the double studios have two single beds.
All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hob with two burners, a microwave oven, a kettle and a toaster.
The balconies are furnished with seating sets and offer an incredible direct view of the endless Aegean blue, while from the verandas, there is a view of the garden and a side view of the sea.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay, and they can contact the owner who lives on the property for a change of bed linen and towels.
Parking is provided in front of the accommodation for guests.
Thessaloniki International Airport is 108km away, while Toroni and Nikiti are around 20km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
