Our description

Iliadis House is located in the heart of Sarti, few steps away from all contents and 140m from the sandy city beach. Although in the center, the accommodation has its own parking space, and it’s ideal for everyone who wants to be in the center of all happenings.

The house is at only 20m from the nearest market and taverns, bakeries and souvenir shops. There’s a bus station in front of the house, so it’s ideal for those without their own vehicle.

There are nine double and nine triple studios on the first and second floor, as well as three apartments on the ground floor.

Double studios have one double or two single beds, while triple have one double and one sofa bed (size of a single bed). Apartments have two bedrooms. Two apartments in the first bedroom have one double bed and in the second one one single and two joined single beds. One apartment has only two joined single beds in the second bedrrom, while the first one is the same.

Accommodation units have a cable TV, air conditioning, internet, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Owners can provide a hair dryer if needed. Kitchen is standardly equipped (hotplates and fridge). In the bathroom, there is a shower tray or just a shower and tiles. All studios have a private balcony with a sitting set. Apartments share one big balcony that overlooks the street, but each has a separate sitting set. Bed linen and towels are replaced every four days.

The house has a reception, but there’s no courtyard. There’s a private parking with 10 places next to the house.

Turn off the main road at the club Fact, continue ahead and turn to the first street on the left. After a few meters you will see the house on your right.

If you’re looking for a decent accommodation nearby all the contents of the place and very near to the sandy beach, Iliadis House may be a good choice.

The apartments and studios of Iliadis House are found in the center of the graphic settlement of Sarti, in the Eastern side of Sithonia Halkidiki, only 50m from the Sarti beach, one of the most beautiful coasts of Halkidiki with the Blue Flag and exceptional view of Holy Mount Athos. It’s one of the most popular resorts in the region, offering visitors wonderful beaches, crystal-clear waters and a wide variety of entertainment and dining venues.

Iliadis House in Halkidiki provides guests with several organized hotel services, ensuring a pleasant stay in comfort, for unforgettable vacations. We will be glad to welcome you at our hotel in Sithonia, which belongs to the 2-key category of Halkidiki Hotels in Sarti and operates from May until October.

The house offers fully equipped apartments and studios in a hospitable environment. Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, 10% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Били пре 5 или 6 година и могу рећи да је супер. Смештај и власник са породицом су баш предусретиви. Још кад сам са њима проговорио на грчком, поклонили су ми њихов тзипоуро. Добар паркинг, чисто, лепо, близу, велика тераса. само што на Сартију увек дува а ми не волимо таласе па смо ишли сваког дана на другу плажу. Све препоруке
