The modern accommodation Salonikiou Beach Deluxe Apartments is located at only 100m from the sandy beach Salonikiou. It's surrounded by a spacious courtyard ideal for children, with covered parking.
It's located between Sithonia and Atos. The traditional fishing village of Pirgadikia with a small marina and Metagitsi are 4km away where you can find taverns and smaller markets, while Moun Athos is a 30-minute drive away.
The accommodation consists of six apartments set on the high ground floor, the first and the second floor.
The quadruple apartments (50m2) have a bedroom and a living room. There's one double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a pull-out sofa for two children (0-8 years) or an adult and a completely equipped kitchen. The apartments have one bathroom or a bathroom and a toilet with a washbasin. A veranda or terrace has a view of the yard or a side sea view.
The quintuple apartments (70m2) are real flats. They comprise of two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. The bedrooms have one double and two single beds, while the living room has a pull-out sofa for two children (0-8 years) or an adult. The apartment has two bathrooms or one bathroom and a toilet with a washbasin. Verandas and balconies overlook the yard. Its capacity is four adults and two children or five adults.
The junior apartment (40m2) with a sea view is located on the second floor. It has one double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. It's ideal for couples with two children (0-8 years) or three adults. This apartment has a private terrace with a view of the sea and Mount Athos.
All accommodation units have an air conditioning in every room, wireless internet, LCD TV with satellite channels, tea and coffee corner, welcome drink bottle, orthopedic mattresses on the beds, the kitchen and a bathroom with an edged shower area and a curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (some accommodation units have small stove some other big one, an electric kettle, a coffee maker and a large fridge.
Guests can use the private parking lot, mountain bikes, beautiful garden embraced by greenness and shade with a sitting area, barbecue and fax machine.
The accommodation is located in a street by the beach Salonikiou, on the left side, so it is not difficult to find it.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
