Areti Rooms represent a comfortable and modernly equipped accommodation in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, 750 m away from the main beach and just 170 m from the resort center. Located in a new building, whose balconies offer a view of the blue Aegean Sea and the enchanting resort of Neos Maramaras, full of restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and other numerous facilities where every guest can find their own corner and a place to enjoy.

This property consists of a total of four rooms and one apartment. Two double rooms are located on the first floor, two quadruple rooms are on the second floor, while the five-bed apartment is situated on the elevated ground floor.

The smaller rooms can accommodate up to two adults, while the larger rooms can accommodate up to four adults. All rooms have a private bathroom. The quadruple rooms are arranged on two levels and feature an additional sleeping area on the upper level. All rooms are furnished with double beds according to their capacity, ensuring maximum sleeping comfort and a restful stay for all guests.

The apartment is a maisonette spread over two levels and can accommodate up to five adults. The lower level, on the elevated ground floor, consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while the upper level, in the attic, features an open gallery. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the open gallery has two single beds. The living room is equipped with a sofa for one person.

A baby cot cannot be provided at this property.

All units are air-conditioned, while the rooms with an open gallery are also equipped with a fan. All units offer free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with a small oven and two hobs, a microwave, and a toaster.

Guests can relax on the balconies. The smaller rooms have one balcony each, while the four-bed rooms feature two balconies – one accessible from the lower level and the other from the open gallery. The apartment has its own private balcony. The balconies offer distant sea views, views of the harbor, and a panoramic view of a large part of the resort. The property also has a small courtyard where guests can relax after returning from the beach or enjoy pleasant summer evenings preparing meals on the shared barbecue, available to all guests. The courtyard also includes a small children’s playground, which will delight the youngest visitors.

A major advantage of this property is that pets are welcome free of charge and without any size restrictions, making it an ideal choice for guests who cannot imagine spending their holiday without their four-legged family members.

The property does not provide private parking. However, parking is available nearby along the street. Vehicles can be parked in public parking spaces, subject to availability, as there are no reserved or designated parking spaces for guests.

Housekeeping is provided every other day, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay for reservations longer than five days. This ensures that guests can enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay without worrying about daily household chores.
