Description
Bleu-vert Studios is located in the part of Skala Prinos called Dasilio and offers to the guests beautifully decorated studios on the ground floor and first floor. The advantage of this accommodation is the proximity of the beach and the large amount of forest that surrounds all the houses in this part of the village. Villa can be a good choice for all those who want to spend their vacation in a quiet location.
Accommodation is located in a quiet part of the village Skala Prinos called Dasilio, just 50m away from the beach and the supermarket.
There are nine studios located on the ground floor or on the first floor. Four studios are triple and they have a double bed and a sofa bed. These units are located on the ground floor and have an area of 35m2. On the first floor there are double studios that have only one double bed and these units are slightly smaller in size (27m2). Each studio has a kitchen with a small fridge and hot plates, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Also, all units have terrace and depending on the location, they overlook the forest, street, yard or partially the sea.
All units have air conditioning, TV and internet connection.
Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
The yard is spacious and fenced, with seating area and barbecue.
Accommodation does not have private parking but guests can leave their vehicles in the nearby streets where there is usualy enough free space.
Coming from Limenas, when you reach the port in Skala Prinos, turn left and drive along the coast line for another 1km. When you reach the camp site the road will take you to your villa after about 50m.
Studios are a good choice for all those looking for nice accommodation near the beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
