Hotel Description

Meli Boutique Hotel is located in the quiet area close to the beach Tripiti and it has a beautiful view of the sea and the forest. The accommodation is modern and it offers apartments with separate bedroom. The guests can also use the common area in the yard with tables and chairs.

From the beach Tripiti the hotel is 260m away. There is also the closest taver. Supermarket is 3km away and the center of Limenaria 3,5km away.

There are six apartments. Two are on the firs floor (no.101 and no. 102), two on the second (no.103 and no.104) and two on the third floor (no.105 and no.106).

The smallest apartment is located on the first floor and this is apartment no.102. It has 45m2, a double bed in the bedroom and in the livingroom a sofa and an extra bed. This unit is intended for four guests. Kitchen is equipped and it has hot plates and a big fridge.

All the other apartments can accommodate up to five people and have 50m2. In the bedroom there are a double bed and a sofa for one person while in the livingroom there is a fold out sofa. Kitchen is also equipped and it has hot plates and a big fridge.

All units have sea view although the apartments on the third floor have the best view. In the bathrooms there are shower cabins. All units have safe, hair drier and mosquito nets.

Cleaning is done every day. Towels are being changed every two days and the linen every three days.

The yard is paved and in few levels with a lot of place to sit and enjoy.

Guests can park their cars on the street in front of the house.

Coming from Prinos turn right before the Hotel Blue Dream. Go downhill and you will see the sign for the hotel Meli Boutique which is located on the hill.

Hotel is a good choice for all those who are looking for a modern accommodation in the quiet area, close to the beach.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
