Nerina studios is located about 1,5km from Agios Nikitas and about 1,5km from fantastic Kathisma beach. Offers four fully equipped double studios. Guest can use private parking and hygiene in this accommodation is at a high level.

The closest shop and bakery are in Agios Nikitas (1,5km).

We offer four double studios (25m2) with one double or two connected single beds.

Studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen with hot plate, small fridge with chamber, filter and espresso coffee machine, electric kettle and a mixer, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace.

Cleaning is done daily, and linen and towels are changed every third day.

They have no reception desk, but some of the owners is often available for any help and information.

They have private parking for all guests . Nerina Studios is an ideal choice for those in search of an accommodation close to Kathisma beach, near the inhabited area. Hygiene and services in the villa are at a very high level, which partly justifies a slightly higher price of overnight stay.

An excellent location, friendly staff, outstanding service, clean and comfortable. Centrally located yet isolated from noise. Easy access to other beaches from the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
