Hotel Description

Sea Apartment is located 100m from the sandy beach in Perea. The apartment was renovated in 2021 and fully equipped for a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. The apartment has one bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and 18m long terrace overlooking the sea. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the living room a click-clack bed for 2 people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, internet, smart TV, Netflix, washing machine, hair dryer, bed linen and towels. High ceilings and double doors leading to the terrace make the space bright and spacious.

The apartment is located next to the widest part of the beach in Perea. Nearby is the cafe Theros, but also many other restaurants along the beach. The nearest market and pharmacy are 50m away from the apartment, as well as a large park for children, bakeries and pastry shops. The city center is a 5-minute walk away.

The town of Perea is located 25 km away from Thessaloniki, not far from Thessaloniki airport, which makes Perea extremely easily accessible for guests arriving by plane. The place is known for the beach that stretches for several kilometers, and along the entire beach there are restaurants, taverns, cafes and of course a promenade, which you can walk for hours. Compared to other summer resorts, Perea is distinguished by the most beautiful sunsets, but also by the proximity of the best shopping centers (such as Cosmos, Mega Outlet, Jumbo, Ikea…). Also, the location is suitable for visiting Waterland, but also for trips to Thessaloniki, Olympus or Halkidiki. Thessaloniki can be easily reached by bus or boat.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
